Video Visit for Weight Loss Management

We are now offering virtual visits for weight management for your follow up visits as long as you have an electronic scale that can share your weight with our provider. The initial visit to establish care is required to be in person at our office. The pricing is the same as our normal program. Insurance will be charged if we are credentialed with your insurance company. Otherwise, self pay pricing will be the same as our normal pricing. Insurance Accepted

We take many insurance plans.  The price for a virtual visit is dependent on insurance coverage. Those that we have credentialed with, should provide coverage for this but it is your responsibility to check for eligibility. 

Cash/Self Pay

If you're not using insurance, self-pay, or if we are not credentialed under your plan, the fee may be payable by credit card before your visit. $125/visit.
