"I am sitting here with tears in my eyes wanting to send you all a great big thank you for guiding me along this weight loss journey.For most of my life I have let fear and embarrassment over my weight and physical condition keep me from doing things. It was an easy excuse to be a bystander rather than a participant in new experiences. That ended today because I took my 2 year-old grandson and my 3 1/2 year-old granddaughter to iPlay. I was not a bystander! I climbed through ALL the toys, played, drug inner tubes up the ramps… They had a blast but more importantly I had fun. I PLAYED, I laughed, and they got to see me living life. Now, I'm tired and might need a nap but holy cow, what an amazing time.To each of you, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.
