Our office accepts most insurances at this time. Most insurances cover the cost of your visit. However, prices may vary per insurance, if deductible has been met or co-pay is needed. Please note that many of our patients do use their Flex Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) debit cards to pay for medical services related to the treatment of obesity when needing to self/cash pay. However, It is your responsibility to contact your insurance and/or FSA company for information about your coverage and reimbursement. Payment of benefits are subject to all terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the member's contract at time of service.
